I kind of like these signs on the mere basis that assholes DON'T FUCKING STOP TO OPPOSING TRAFFIC. I think I had so many close calls riding on the right lane and not too long ago, a lady in a PT turned right in front of me.

I think she was scared stiff as I passed her and she shouted "sorry!"

Yeah, I know how that is. Same reason I think left turn arrows should go straight to red and not yellow. Too many people seem to think yellow means to gun it and oncoming traffic will stop for you. I've seen several close calls where somebody is reasonably and safely heading straight through during yellow, and some moron is blindly veering left towards them.
